Established 2024

State of Mined emerged at the end of the 2023 Bear Huggs Delbarton Toy Drive which saw HOF Coach Bob Huggins, the Norma Mae Huggins Endowment Fund, and countless local Delbarton residents come together for a truly inspiring Christmas Toy Drive. In less than two months, the group came together to raise enough funds to provide over 200 families with toys and food for Christmas.

We came out of the event with a renewed vision for what local West Virginian communities are capable of when given the opportunity. There is truly no place like West Virginia, and State of Mined is committed to keeping the culture of community strong for years to come.
